If using an air-fryer set it to 380\u00b0F (190\u00b0C).<\/p>\n<p>Wash carrots and peel thinly lengthwise with a vegetable peeler or mandolin slicer.<\/p>\n<p>In a shallow dish, mix together the remainder of the ingredients.<\/p>\n<p>Marinate the carrot strips in the sauce for at least 5 minutes. Work in batches if needed so that the carrots are fully covered.<\/p>\n<p>Place carrots on a lined baking sheet evenly spread out. Place in the oven for 10-15 minutes (or in an air-fryer for 5 minutes), flipping halfway through. When they are wavy they are ready. Don&#8217;t worry if they&#8217;re not crunchy yet, they will harden more as they cool. Sprinkle with salt if you want them to dry out faster and become crispier.<\/p>\n<p><small><a href=\"https:\/\/healthmylifestyle.com\/carrot-bacon\">from healthmylifestyle<\/a><\/small><\/p>\n<p><strong>Russian Carrot Salad (Korean-style)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-583\" src=\"https:\/\/carrotseverywhere.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/julienne_salad-300x219.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"219\" srcset=\"https:\/\/carrotseverywhere.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/julienne_salad-300x219.jpg 300w, https:\/\/carrotseverywhere.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/julienne_salad.jpg 692w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>1 pound carrots, peeled and julienned (preferably with a mandoline)<br \/>\n3 cloves garlic, minced<br \/>\n\u00bc cup vinegar<br \/>\n1 tablespoon white sugar<br \/>\n2 \u00bd teaspoons salt<br \/>\n\u2153 cup vegetable oil<br \/>\n\u00bd onion, minced<br \/>\n1 teaspoon ground coriander<br \/>\n\u00bd teaspoon cayenne pepper<\/p>\n<p>Place carrots in a large bowl. Sprinkle garlic over carrots.<br \/>\nMix vinegar, sugar, and salt together in a small bowl.<br \/>\nHeat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook and stir onion in hot oil until soft and translucent, 5 to 7 minutes. Stir coriander and cayenne pepper into the onion; add to carrot mixture and toss.
